ADMISSION NOTICE

BRITISH CURRICULUM (GRADE 1 TO 8 & AS/A  LEVEL)

BAHRAINI CURRICULUM (GRADE 1 TO 10)

KINDERGARTEN (NURSERY & RECEPTION)

CBSE (INDIAN) CURRICULUM (LKG, HKG, GRADES 1 TO 12)

Parents who wish to admit the brothers/sisters of children already studying at Al Noor International School to any of the above mentioned classes may collect the Application Form from the school auditorium, as per the following schedule:

All Application Forms must be returned on 15^th or 22^nd March 2014.

PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2014-2015

1. The child seeking admission should be in the applicable age group for that particular grade.
2. Collection of the Application Form does not guarantee admission.
3. Valid CPR and Report card (Grade 2 onwards) must be provided in order to buy the application form. The Application Form fee is BD4/- and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
4. Application Forms should be filled in completely and all required documentation must be attached to it. Incomplete Applications will not be accepted and considered until all relevant documentation has been provided.
5. The Completed Form should be returned within two (2) weeks of the date of issue. The Form will become invalid after two week’s time.
6. No child below the age of 3 years (born after 31/08/2011) shall be accepted for admission.
7. Only selected applicants shall be called to attend an interview/test, depending upon eligibility and availability of seats.
8. All decisions reached by the Admission Committee are final.
9. No school transport is available for new admissions.

Copies of the documents required for registration.

1. Student’s CPR Card original/copy & smart card data sheet of student, father and mother.
2. Birth Certificate copy.
3. Passport copy (If the child’s details are endorsed in the mother’s passport-1^st page and the page where the child’s name is entered).
4. 4 recent Photographs (Passport Size).
5. Health Report (For Grade 1 only).
6. Report Card-from the school last attended (If they are appearing for the final exam in June 2014, you may produce the mid-year report and the end of year report should be submitted before admission)(Grade 2 onwards).
7. Original Transfer Certificate/Transcript (issued by the school last attended) (Only after the child is selected) (Grade 2 onwards).
8. Conduct certificate (issued by the Headmaster/Principal of the school lastattended) (Grade 2 onwards).
