What is the age criteria for my child’s admission?
For British and Arabic Curriculum, your child should have completed 3 years by August 31. For the CBSE Curriculum your child should have completed 3 years by March 31.

Will my child be given transport upon admission?
Admission to school does not imply that transport is guaranteed to every student. No parent shall claim it as his/her right. If it is not possible for the school to provide transport, parents shall have to make their own arrangements. School transport is provided to students who live within the feasible limits of the service. Parents who wish to make use of this service should check the routes with the transport department before admission.

Who looks after my child during recess, school dispersal, morning hours and in the general utility areas?
During recess, school dispersal and morning hours, teachers are appointed on duty to look into the safety and security of the students. In the general utility areas, well instructed helpers are available to help the students. For any casualties, well qualified nurses are available on the campus.

Does the school have social workers?
To help the students in their formative years as well as in the crucial teenage, guidance and counseling is of paramount importance. Hence, age appropriate social workers have been appointed across the school.

What is the teacher student ratio?
The teacher student ratio per class is 1:25.

If my child is using private transport, who looks after him/her in event of parents getting late?
A team of teachers are well appointed to look after the children who are awaiting their parents’ arrival. To ensure that the students are engaged during this waiting period, special AV sessions coupled with various activities are held.

How frequently are students taken for field trips and educational trips?
Students are taken for such trips periodically depending upon the weather conditions and requirement of their curriculum/subjects.

How can I contact the teachers to know my child’s progress?
Periodical Parent Teachers’ Meetings (PTM) are arranged for one to one interaction. However, when need arises, parents can meet the teachers/coordinators/head teachers with prior appointment.

Is there a facility of internal transfer from one curriculum to other?
We encourage students and parents to continue with the same curriculum throughout. However, if parents wish to change their child’s curriculum due to functional difficulties, we give have the facility of internal transfer. For this, the admission procedure remains the same – submitting the application form with related documents, admission test and final admission.

Is Arabic compulsory for my child in CBSE or British curriculum?
In the CBSE curriculum, Arabic is taken by Arabs as a second language while in British curriculum, it is not compulsory for expatriate students.
